Seaham Red Star secured their place for the third round of the Durham Challenge Cup with a fine win at the UTS Stadium.  The only goal of the game came on thirty two minutes when Annang-Colquhoun scored for the visitors.  Griffiths, in the visitors goal, pulled off several good saves and Dunston also had a shot cleared off the line just after half time.  Ten minutes from time the home side missed an open goal at the back post and Seaham held on to win the tie.
