Shildon strengthened their position towards the top of the Division with a much better performance than of late. The visitors broke the deadlock on the half hour when Cunningham headed home from a corner. They doubled the lead midway through the second half with a bit of fortune when Seaham conceded an own goal and put the game out of the home side’s reach on 80 minutes when Reay added number three.  They rubbed salt into the wound when Harris added a fourth in added on time.
